Refer to the design guidelines and CC&Rs to find all rules regarding landscaping and design.
Any structures must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (see Article III ( c ) of the CC&Rs)

What are the annual dues?
HOA dues for 2023 are $495. The dues are billed annually in January of each year.
